- For the best result we advise you to rinse your mouth also with Dentissimo Fresh Breath Mouthwash or Dentissimo Gold Whitening Mouthwash;
- Try not to eat or drink for half an hour before and half an hour after brushing (and rinsing) your teeth.
Repeat these steps at least twice a day: in the morning after breakfast and at night before going to bed.
